Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using this website (the "Site") or engaging Arora Inspection Services ("we", "us", "our") for any inspection, audit, consulting or training service (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the Services.

2. Nature of services

We provide independent third-party quality inspection, factory audit and QA training services. Inspections are carried out on a sampling basis in accordance with ISO 2859-1 / AQL standards or the specification agreed with the client. Sampling inspection, by its statistical nature, does not verify every unit of an order and does not guarantee that a shipment is free from defects.

3. Client responsibilities

• Providing accurate PO, style, quantity, buyer AQL, approved samples, tech-packs, spec sheets and packing lists.
• Ensuring that goods are 100% packed (or at the agreed stage) and that the factory provides safe access, tools and assistance to our inspector.
• Reviewing the inspection report promptly and communicating any dispute in writing within 48 hours of report delivery.
• Making the final Pass / Hold / Fail / ship decision — our report is advisory input to that decision, not the decision itself.

4. Fees & payment

Fees, travel costs and payment terms are as agreed in the applicable quotation or purchase order. Reports may be withheld until payment is received. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled inspection may attract a cancellation fee.

5. Reports

Reports reflect the state of the goods observed on the date, time and sample inspected. They are prepared for the exclusive use of the client and may not be reproduced, edited or disclosed to third parties in a misleading manner. Reports do not constitute a certificate of conformity, a guarantee of merchantability, or a warranty of any kind.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Services shall not exceed the fee actually paid by the client for the specific inspection giving rise to the claim.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages, including loss of profit, loss of contract, loss of business, loss of goodwill, buyer chargebacks, air-freight surcharges, penalties or reputational damage.
• We shall not be liable for defects that are not reasonably detectable through the agreed sampling method, for latent defects, for issues arising after inspection (during transport, storage or handling), or for decisions taken by the client, its buyer or any third party.
• We shall not be liable for factory-supplied information (POs, samples, tech-packs) that is inaccurate, incomplete or altered after inspection.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law.

7. Indemnity

The client agrees to indemnify and hold Arora Inspection Services, its founder and personnel harmless from any third-party claim, loss, cost, damage or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of the client's use of, reliance on, or disclosure of any report, or out of the client's breach of these Terms.

8. Confidentiality

Each party will keep confidential all non-public information received from the other and use it only for the purpose of the engagement. Reports and inspection data will not be shared with third parties without written consent, except where required by law.

9. Intellectual property

All text, images, logos, checklists, report templates and methodology on this Site and in our reports are owned by Arora Inspection Services and protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy, republish or commercially exploit them without prior written permission.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Site or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Noida / Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
